I called Sony support and they said to try a fully charged battery, apparently C13 is a more generic error message in this camera. Regards. Download the manual and read of other capabilities.

This was a horrible investment, I went to the Monster Jam this past weekend in Indianapolis and the pics that I took are now corrupted. I've been wanting to get a new digital SLR with external flash. i tried to open the files after scanning, but the scanning got stuck or sth, so i disconnected my camera from the computer without turning it off. I insert it into my computer through the "Memory stick duo adapter" by Sony and the icon appears in My Computer but I cannot open it. When I tried to format it, it came back with the same error. I guess the slot in the camera has a fault however when I look inside with a strong torch there is nothing damaged.

I can see the pictures just fine in the camera preview screen, but I can't get them onto my computer. Really, really appreciate it! Suddenly when I try to view the photos using my scan disc stick reader OR my cybershot camera through a USB, the photos look fine in the thumbnail previews but when Then suddenly -- poof -- they stopped. Now onto question 2: I referred earlier to a program I used to have my late PC.

I have tried restting my camera without success and I have tried installing an updated driver/firmware but Vista doesn't seem to want to recognize the firmware and thus won't let me IF you have any other sony device like psp or any other sony device .
