Actually, "c:\Windows\System32\spool" is a directory - Rrsheikh Rrsheikh said nothing about a file (for whatever reason) . AWESOME!!! Something may well have resolved the persistent problem with Print Spooler I saw the last error on 12 March 2012. Resetting the ownership and security permissions appears to have resolved the issue. After some research we discovered that the printer drivers for the 1018 were an after thought for windows 7 64 bit support. But the wireless facility is not getting installed as the computer is faiiling to recognize the computer network in the search repeatedly. Right-click each driver used by that printer, and select "Delete" to uninstall it. (You will not be able to uninstall it if another printer is using it.)
