I was on the phone yesterday with cox, they were telling me since i could send myself a message on their enhanced webmail platform that nothing could be wrong, or its You can know for sure by going to WhatismyIP.com and it will tell you who the ISP is. Randomly some accounts can't log on, or accounts don't have e-mails that are there (sent hours previously) but then reappear later. I have read other posts that discus the same issue, but the ISP I'm using is different than I've seen mentioned so far.
