I have Indy-10.1.5 and Delphi-7, Win-7x64 and SSL dlls from indy_OpenSSL096m.zip. Have tried it with WGET too (https://eternallybored.org/misc/wget/) and in version 1.13 its initializing the SSL handshake and freezes, but works without problems with version 1.15.
