i had the same access crap on my camera where it couldnt take pictures. Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. Mine will then work for months until I repeat. It took about 10 times of pulling on the lense.

It took about 10 times of pulling on the lense. Camera was dropped and lens stuck open, kept getting message to turn off and on, beeping noise.....I read on another site what to do and it worked for me. then i email sony and it didnt work.
