Put back in memorex ritek g05 disc and they get power calibration error. It has resolved my problem. I went and ran nero tool on the disc and they are ritek g05 discs. Disable IMAPI Service (Work's in most cases): Launch Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services .
