My K800 had the same problem just this morning so I immediately checked for tips on how to treat this problem. It could be the battery,(clean battery contacts or better get a new one),if that does not help, it could be the battery connector on the pcb,(check for microtears, loose or corroded Now try to charge your phone again. And by shear luck managed to work out what might have been the problem and got my phone charging. I guess the pins just deteriorate with time or whatever, I really have no clue.
