think i am acually going to break my camera after the amount of times i have hit it! However, they said another company, at http://www.warrantyresolutioncenter.com was taking the RepairTech company calls and would likely service my camera for a minimal fee. Loading... Just gave my camera several soft bangs on my knee and no luck. Photos seem fine. I wanted my children to use the camera as a toy and searched the net for possible methods of repair.

Thank you. E:62:10 Fix I solved the error by doing the following:Dropped it onto my wooden bed frame 3 times with the battery and memory card removed from a height of 50cm then it was Loading...
turn it on and lo and behold.. i tried reseting it, tried to open it myself(too complicated), brought it to the store and told me it cost $80 just to see what the problem was. It really work! after hitting it a few times and turning it on and off, the error message disappeared.
