I do see that in Handbrake if you use the Normal profile it will use H.264 Level 4.0 and if you use the High profile it will use H.264 Level 4.1. So at least now you know what my problem looks like. I know you want to avoid rendering but the file in it's current state is pretty much useless to you, correct? Because they are Apple...
