What I would do is uninstall ACID.   9. When you find the program Sony Media Manager 2.2, click it, and then do one of the following: Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.

Thanks for trying to help. I tried installing ACID after uninstalling everything else, figuring that it should work as a stand-alone package. You are doing free work for the company and if you do it with due diligence, you save them a lot of money, time and resources.
